I would like to thank Cheryl, a secretary at the Practice. I rang with a query about my son's referral. Cheryl listened to my concerns and followed them up straight away. She called me back, and listened to my suggestions, which she again followed up straight away and rang me back to let me know the outcome. Fantastic service!

My family has been coming to this practice for 15 years. They provide an excellent service. From the receptionists, who answer the phones and meet and greet, to the doctors, nurses, and dispensary staff.....everyone is wonderful.

When i moved to the area a few years ago I was very worried about having to register with a new doctor (I had previously had such a great doctor who had known me for years ans helped me through some very difficult health issues). I cannot say how relieved I was to have found such a wonderful practice as Loxwood Medical Practice to register at. All the staff at the surgery are always very cheery and pleasant, but also professional, the doctor always listens to what i have to say and always has constructive advice to a solution. I have had various dealings with the receptionists, pharmacists, and of course doctor Emma Woodcock and I would highly recommend the surgery and all the staff. It is never nice to have to visit the doctors but I think this is the best experience you can hope for 10/10.

In my capacity as a Welfare Support Worker for a local charity which provides Sheltered Housing I accompany elderly residents to the surgery on a regular basis. I am extremely impressed with the service provided right through from the reception and dispensary staff to the nurses and doctors. I have been a patient myself with this surgery for approximately 22 years and I am extremely happy with the service I am provided with personally as well. My residents are always treated with the utmost respect and always with dignity. The care they receive is outstanding and the staff are all friendly whilst maintaining a professional manner. I trust the staff 100% with the care of my residents who are always telling me how lucky they are having Loxwood Surgery as their medical practice.

I have been a patient with Loxwood Medical Practice since 1994 and have always found the practice to be efficient, able to book appointments and if I have had to get an emergency appointment(not very often needed) one has been made available. All staff are friendly and helpful. We hear so many stories of poor GP services I am extremely grateful that our surgery has a team of staff, GP, Nurses, Dispensary and receptionists that are there to help. My GP is supportive and responsive and is a skilled practitioner. I am so grateful that Dr Woodcock is my GP.
